The DRM Tool that was promised by Microsoft is now available for everyone to use. With this tool, you can transfer the licenses of games bought on one Xbox 360 to a new Xbox 360, allowing you to play the games offline. The overall process is pretty simple, but having to re-download your purchased content is a bit of a pain. But then again, I would rather have a imperfect solution to the DRM problems then no solution at all.
