The two new Halo 2 maps, titled Desolation and Tombstone, are remakes of Hang ‘Em High and Derelict. Both will be available for download on April 17th. The maps will cost $4 for the pair, and you will have to use a credit card, not Microsoft points, to purchase them. This is due to the fact that it is an original Xbox download, so there’s no way to use Microsoft points. Also, you will need an Xbox Live Gold account to download and play, since the original Xbox (even in BC mode) can’t tell the difference between gold and silver accounts. However, you can play the new maps on your Xbox 360.
