Dashboard Themes

One of the cool things about the Xbox 360 is how you can customize it to make it your own. One of the easiest ways to do that is to download a new dashboard theme that will change the background of all the system blades as well as the guide. However, there is one major problem when it comes to buying new themes: you can’t preview what they will look like before buying them. Microsoft offers small images of what they look like on their site, but it doesn’t give you a good idea of what they will look like with the dashboard interface.

DashboardThemes.com solves this problem. This recently launched website allows you to get a good preview of what themes will look like before you make the purchase. The website is well designed, and already has a good amount of themes on it. So if you are thinking about buying a new theme, definitely check out the website first. Hopefully Microsoft will eventually give you the ability to preview themes on your Xbox 360 before buying them. But until then, DashboardThemes.com works well.

Happy New Year

1 Year and Still Going

Well, I just noticed that this site has been up for a little over a year. I am actually surprised that I still post and that I post as much as I do. I never really expected this site to amount to much, but I am actually quite happy with it. There is a lot of original content here (such as my reviews) that I am proud of. Not to mention that people actually read my site (even if they don’t comment).

Anyway, thanks to all of you who bother to come here and read what I write. Hopefully this will still be around for another year.

Coming Up

With school back in session, I have been having less time then I would like to do things like post here. I have a few things that I have been planning on posting, but have just not gotten around to doing it. Hopefully I can start to regularly post again soon. I have recently finished a few games, so expect to see reviews for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, King Kong, and Saints Row. I have already started writing the Wind Waker review, so that should be done first. For some reason I also feel like writing a System Shock 2 review, so I am going to try to find some time to play though that game again (perhaps co-op with someone). If anyone here has System Shock 2 and would like to play though it again with me, just let me know.

Small Site Update

I decided to add a print button for some more printer friendly posts. Hopefully everything works correctly, but if you have any issues just let me know. The print button is located after the comments button at the end of each post.
