This Monday A&E will be broadcasting the first of 2 two-hour episodes of a remake of the 1971 classic “The Andromeda Strain”, which was based on the 1969 novel by Michael Crichton about a team of scientists who investigate a deadly disease of extraterrestrial origin. I really enjoyed the original, so hopefully this version will be equally as awesome.
